- the specific role that disability representation plays in promoting disability inclusion and respect for diversity, and
- how meaningful representation & participation builds capabilities for inclusive emergency management planning and practices that leave nobody behind.

The P-CEP Certificate Course was by Associate Professor Michelle Villeneuve and her team at the Centre for Disability Research and Policy. It was designed in collaboration with people with disabilities, their support services, government agencies, and emergency personnel.
